Fenton is a piece for clarinet quartet from the Six Towns Suite. It is scored for three Clarinets in Bb and Bass Clarinet in Bb (with German notation).   Fenton is one of the original six pottery-making towns making up the conurbation of Stoke-on-Trent. Fenton has been almost forgotten as one of the six towns and this musical portrait depicts the town rising from a fog to take its rightful place. The score is marked Adagio and is approx. 2 minutes 30 in duration.
